I feel like this is needed, I'm not nearly that skilled at flying, as I only do it in coop on local if I'm bored, however, a few tips from an infantryman.

1. If you are flying without a joystick. If you are 50m above the elevation you want to land at, and release W at 500-600 meters out, you should be very close to target while making a very smooth transition so you will be able to exvil quickly.

2. You can drop crates without having to land. You can drop them the same way as a c-130 would drop para crates in real life, well I have only done it 40 meters? But a low flyby is better than landing/hovering, so practice that. To some it up, it makes a great tactic for supplying the front line very quickly.I hate having to explain to people how to do this, so here it is in steps.

1) I send you my grid square.
2) You mark it, then zoom all the way on with you map.
3) fly, stay as low as you can [(comfortable/reasonably) obviously under 40 meters]
4) watch your altimeter, line yourself up on your marker on your compass, and right as your *** end is over the marker, drop the crate.
5) profit
