Online Restriction
Joining public server is restricted at this time. Please confirm that there are no restrictions currently placed on your profile, such as modified files.

Every file in the BF2 directory and the mods/PR directory is checked for tampering before you can join online servers.
Do you have modified files or not?

Didn't modify anything, what could it be? I tryied deleting both battlefield 2 and project reality folders from my documents.

The files are in the BF2 directory where BF2.exe is located.
C:\Program Files\BF2\ or whatever it is on your system.
What version of BF2 do you own? Steam, Origin, retail DVD, etc?

Guys,
I have the same message. The only thing I can remember doing is modifying the number of AI bots. How can I undo this?
