i Got error 1324

Would you mind sharing your hardware specifications?
- Launch your game > support > support info > copy to clipboard.
Have you tried to reset all of your profiles by deleting and/or recover your profile?
- Delete the following folder: C:\Users\ username \Documents\ProjectReality\Profiles
- Launch your game > retrieve existing account > enter your credentials > retrieve > finish.
- Launch your game > support > support info > copy to clipboard.
