Project Reality Infantry Wednesdays by =MeRk=
Infantry Wednesdays is an ongoing event held on the =MeRk= server every week where we focus on the Infantry Layers of our favourite maps.
The aim is to provide players with intense infantry firefights on a large scale without the worry of TANKS or CAS disrupting the flow of boots on the ground. During Infantry Wednesdays teamwork is essential to winning the round for your team. Defending your supply trucks has never been so important as without them your lack of FOBS will undoubtedly cost you victory. The Commander is also a vital member of your team, the use of his UAV to spot enemy FOBS and strongholds is critical to insure pressure is kept on the enemy at all times. Mortar Squads should never be without a fire mission whether its to smoke a friendly advance or bombard enemy FOBS from afar, their correct use can spell disaster for the enemy team.
The Maplist
We will not use a fixed map list for this event, the maps will be chosen on the night depending on the server needs and player wishes. map votes will not be used however we will ask you for your suggestions in all chat like we usually do, both AAS & INS can be played.

The =MeRk= Server rules for this event will not change from our regular rules except we will have a bigger emphasis on teamwork.

FAQ
Q:What time does this event take place?
A :O fficially Starting at 18:00 PRT but depending on player count we may start early. The event will run all night.
Q:Are APC's allowed?
A:Yes! if there is an asset on the infantry layout, you may use it.
We ask anyone who wants to play together to be wearing the same clan prefix, this greatly helps our admins when switching players for balancing reasons.
If there are any problems during the event use the !r function and our admins will be fast to respond as always.
