Mumble

Every time I join a server, people can hear me but I can not hear them. Usually to fix it, I have to restart mumble A LOT of times. It usually ends up working after about 10 minutes of restarting mumble, but even that doesn't work sometimes. Sometimes, I need to restart the game and even then it still might not work.

I've tried everything people have suggested: running Audio Wizard, checking input/output settings, etc. I've reinstalled the game and it still won't work.

Any suggestions?

Before you even start the game, go to options>mumble>launch

and then go start the game.

If your mumble doesn't work(after you join a game) after 1min(or sometimes a bit more), then close your mumble and it'll auto-relaunch.

If your mumble still does not work, mess with the - and + keys on the numpad until it works.

I had a problem that sounds similar to yours. This is how I fixed mine:

windows key + R and type msconfig. Go under boot, and advanced options. Set your number of processors to default, and then restart your pc and launch in safemode. Do the same thing, and then set your processors to 2, and restart again in normal mode. That's how I managed to get mine to work. It was kinda on accident too, because I was trying to fix another problem WITH my processors, so I killed two birds with one stone
