This wasn't necessary. The map had major shortcomings but completely wasting the work is just silly.

Of course, if it wasn't worth trying to change it then fair enough.

I used to play but I always thought it was unbalanced. Armor never works with infantry anymore.

I am not a fan of a lot of maps myself (Wanda Shan) included, but deleting it might not be the beat decision either.
