I hardly play with the PLA, i don't notice differences unless they are very obvious, but is that helmet new ? I can't recall seeing an emblem and a com on the PLA infantry helmet.

As you can see in the editor window, it's the tanker (crewman) helmet, which is "new" indeed

.
Other kits won't have this emblem, which will be peculiar to the crewman class.

Also, the weapon is brand new.
