autochange Teams after each round

Post by da.SPAWN »

change the teams after each played round.
means that all MEC players become US and vice versa.
so no team gets an MAP or BUG advantage and it makes more fun to play

I had the server set to do this for a little while. If people like it, I'll put it back on.

The reason I took it off is because you then lose your squads every time that happens, which is somewhat annoying.

I'm with Fritz. It sucks to get smoked, but that's the breaks. I lose all the time. Having to rejoin squads and re-organize every game really sucks.

the "don´t break squads on teamswitch" looks like a "feature request" for BF2CC
maybe some of the server admins which use this SW could post that here:

There already is a longer start delay.

I'll see about putting in a feature request for bf2cc.

Ok, I've enabled it.

I found a post already asking for persistent squads on bf2cc and chimed in, but doesn't look promising.

I like it. It stops the "US whore" clans pretty well, and gives everyone the same chance to play both sides.

The remaking squads annoyance is minimal in my opinion. Takes 2 seconds to make a squad or to join one with whoever you were in with before.

Good stuff.
