PRSP Coop Server download?

I am trying to find a place where I can download the PR Server files for a dedicated server for SinglePlayer/COOP. I see it can be downloaded from the main Downloads screen but it says you need to apply for it? I am just using the server on another computer in my office that I use as a dedicated server for the game to play password protected games with my family and friends. I can't host a coop game on the computer I play on as it is too slow. Is there anyway I can get the server files?
