No offense but this is a whole lot of 'well duh'. Saying stuff that doesn't need to be said, outlining common sense really.

To people thinking of squad leading, you don't need to write stuff down on a piece of paper, thats really taking it too far. If you can't quickly look at the map and decide something in two shakes of a lambs tail, then you shouldn't be doing the job.

This and a half, although I would say that people new to squad leading shouldn't be too discouraged, but if you're consistently inattentive or can't seem to get the knack of it, maybe it's just not for you
